FITNESS TEST FOR 5TH AND 7TH GRADERS
Fitness testing will be on MONDAY 4/14! Here are a few Very Important reminders for this day:
- Attendance is extremely important! Please reschedule any appointments for another time.
- Please be on time to school!!!
- Your child will need to wear closed-toe, sneaker type shoes that are appropriate for physical activity. Comfortable clothes for physical activity are recommended.
- Eating a healthy breakfast and packing healthy snacks and plenty of lunch is crucial!
- Extra water bottles are highly encouraged.
NO WASTE LUNCH WEEK
April 21st through April 25th we will be kicking off NO WASTE LUCH WEEK in conjunction with Earth Day on April 22nd. Check your email and family boxes for more info about this fun week-long event.
END OF DAY AND AFTERCARE REMINDERS:
Our wonderful Aftercare Staff have a few reminders for folks participate!
- Any children still on campus after 3:20 will be signed into aftercare unless the supervising adult informs the Aftercare Staff otherwise.
- Please remember that if you are here, you are responsible for supervising your child, again unless you have made other arrangements with Aftercare Staff.
- Parents must come on to campus to pick up and sign out their students from Aftercare. Please do not call your child to come out. We will not release them with an adult coming in to pick them up.
- When you do come in to pick up your child please be sure that you talk directly to an Aftercare Staff member to sign them out, and notify them that you are leaving.
- If you have arranged for you child to have a play date, you must notify school of any alternate pickup arrangements and let us know what adult will be picking up your child.
Friday 4/11 is a half day. Pick up is 12:45. Extended after care is available for those students whose parents are unable to pick them up at 12:45. Pre-enrollment and pre-payment for this service is required. The fee is $10 for care up until 3:20. After 3:20, regular aftercare billing kicks in. See Carmen in the office to sign your child up and make your payment. Thanks!
