Pacifica Community Charter School and TreePeople are leading a neighborhood tree planting event. We will be planting up to twenty trees along the east and west sides of Dunn Drive. Bring a sunhat and your positive energy with you as we beautify our school and community!

Please save the date as we hope to have our entire community join together to get the trees planted and have a great time, too.

We have the full support of TreePeople, a private, nonprofit environmental organization whose mission is to inspire and support the people of Los Angeles as they plant and care for trees. They encourage the development of our urban forest here in Los Angeles. They will be here on November 5th to help ensure our success. For more information about TreePeople and planting events please go to www.treepeople.org. We also have funding from individuals and organizations together with the Neighborhood Matching Fund grant. Over a year of preparation on this project will culminate in this extra special event. We look forward to seeing everyone on Tree Planting Day!
